The Holy Quran and the Sunnah provide detailed description of the history of the children of Israel in many chapters. None of their texts made a single reference to a "structure" or a "temple" in regard to the Holy Land. However, in many occasions, reference was made to the Holy House, " Baytul-Maqdes ", as the "Al-Aqsa Mosque" or the Mosque of Ilyaa".
